Szechuan Beef Tacos
Ingredients:

1 cup Sous Chef Szechuan Beef

2 tortilla shells 

1 cup shredded napa cabbage

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp canola oil

½ cup daikon shredded

½ cup green onions

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
  1. Place a pan over medium heat. Once pan warms to temperature, toast both tortillas lightly. Cover and set aside.
  2. Add 1 tbsp canola oil into the pan. Separate Sous Chef Szechuan Beef from sauce, saving sauce for later. Add beef to the pan and sear beef.
  3. In a separate bowl add cabbage, daikon and mayo. Stir together.
  4. Once a darker toasted texture is achieved in the pan, add sauce to deglaze and turn off heat.
  5. Assemble tacos by adding cabbage slaw to the bottom of the taco, then beef, finally garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
