Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In two bowls, separate chicken from the Arrabbiata sauce.
Use Sous Chef Fiery Chicken Arrabbiata sauce as the first layer of the pizza, spreading a layer over the pre-made flatbreads. Then top with mozzarella and zucchini, finally add chicken and bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese takes on colour.
Remove pizza once the bottom crust has a nice crisp to it. Top with basil and crushed red chillis. Enjoy!
