Chicken Arrabbiata Flatbread
Ingredients:

1 cup Sous Chef Fiery Chicken Arrabbiata

2 pre-made flatbreads

8 small leaves of fresh basil

10 zucchini slices

4 slices fresh mozzarella

1 tbsp crush red chili peppers

Instructions:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In two bowls, separate chicken from the Arrabbiata sauce.
  3. Use Sous Chef Fiery Chicken Arrabbiata sauce as the first layer of the pizza, spreading a layer over the pre-made flatbreads. Then top with mozzarella and zucchini, finally add chicken and bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese takes on colour.
  4. Remove pizza once the bottom crust has a nice crisp to it. Top with basil and crushed red chillis. Enjoy!
